Returns & Exchanges We accept exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Pre-order items
- Beauty and skincare products (including eye patches, face masks, and similar items)
- Final sale items
- Accessories
- Items marked as non-returnable
Pre-order purchases and beauty/skincare products are final sale.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thetrenddedit@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review and respond within 2-3 business days.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit Email us at thetrenddedit@gmail.com with your order number and reason. Items must be returned in original condition before store credit or exchange is issued.
